Disinfecting Cleaning Services

At Bay Area Janitorial Force, Inc. we strive to help maintain and preserve the quality of cleaning at your place of work.

We are now taking extra precautions to offer you the services now necessary to help combat unknown pathogens and are following recommended guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) 

Here are  guidelines on ways we clean and what you should also follow in assisting us if there are known individuals who have been coughing, or sneezing.

• Clean surfaces and objects that are visibly soiled first. If surfaces are dirty to sight or touch, they are cleaned using a detergent or soap and water prior to disinfection.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces as soon as possible in areas where a person with respiratory symptoms (e.g., coughing, sneezing) was present.
• We use an EPA-registered disinfectant for use against the novel corona virus.
• We follow the manufacturer’s instructions for safe and effective use of all cleaning and disinfection products (e.g., dilution concentration, application method and contact time, required ventilation, and use of personal protective equipment). 
• We consult manufacturer recommendations on cleaning products appropriate for electronics. If no guidance is available, we use of alcohol-based wipes or spray containing at least 70% alcohol. Use of alcohol-based products may reduce risk of damage to sensitive machine components. 
• Whenever possible, use wipe covers for electronics. Dry surfaces thoroughly to avoid pooling of liquids.

We use A 3% diluted bleach solution, or an alcohol solution with at least 70% alcohol, and/or an EPA-registered disinfectant for use against COVID-19 for effective disinfection of hard, non-porous surfaces.
